Housing-market Discords

Find listings, post a buying request, or list your FC house in either community:

• /r/FFXIV Housing Market
• Final Fantasy XIV Housing

Submarine community

• FFXIV Submarine Builders: Community advice for submarine builds, unlocks, and routes.

Useful tools

• PaissaDB: Plots for sale on each World and how many lottery bids each one has. Crowdsourced from players, so counts can lag behind the game.
• HammerTime: Make a Discord timestamp for your handover date and pin it in your DMs.

Official references

• Housing land purchasing guide: Plot-purchase rules and lottery procedures.
• Patch 6.1 notes: Why the buyer has to be in the FC for 30 days before leadership can be transferred.
• Prohibited activities: Policy, including RMT and purchasing land with resale intent.
