A short in-game chat record of the FC leadership transfer, price, deposit, and final payment.

Agreement template

The buyer can fill in this template and paste it into in-game chat for the seller to confirm. You only need one shared agreement.

I'm buying leadership of [FC name] that owns the house at [District], Ward [#], Plot [#], for [total] gil.
I'm paying [deposit] gil via [FC chest/mannequin] as a non-refundable deposit. After 30 days in the FC, I'll pay the remaining [balance] gil before leadership is transferred to me.
This is a sale, not a gift. Please confirm in chat if you agree.

Keep it in chat

This template uses a non-refundable deposit. If you agree on different deposit terms, edit that sentence to match.

If the terms change, confirm the changes in the same chat, and keep the agreement and payment records.
