Housing lottery basics

Enter at an eligible plot’s placard, then return during the results period. Use the in-game placard for the current schedule.

Entry and results

All current wards use the lottery. This guide covers that process.

You have five days to enter, followed by four days to check the results. Enter at the plot’s placard and bid the full plot price. You cannot withdraw an entry.

Eligibility

For an FC entry, your FC needs rank 6 and four or more members. Your character needs permission to purchase land, 30 days (720 hours) of membership, and eligibility to purchase on that service account and World.

For a personal entry, your character needs level 50, Second Lieutenant rank in their Grand Company, and ownership eligibility. The official housing guide lists the full requirements, including district access. You must meet the requirements when entering and when claiming the plot.

The lottery membership requirement is separate from the leadership-transfer wait.

Claim or refund

If you win, return to the placard and claim the plot during the four-day results period. If you miss it, you lose half your bid.

If you lose, collect a full refund of your bid at the same placard. Refunds expire 90 days after the results period ends.

Find a plot

PaissaDB lists plots for sale on each World and how many lottery bids each one has. It is crowdsourced from players, so counts can lag behind the game. Use the placard to confirm availability and whether the plot accepts FC or personal entries. Consult the official housing guide and housing flags for ownership scope.

About the countdown

The countdown at the top of every page shows the next entry or results period in your timezone. It follows the nine-day cycle from the official May 26, 2022 entry start. A schedule interruption would require an update; check the in-game placard for the current dates.
